Wow what a great game. We had Fritsche bouncing pucks off player's backs, our guy missing an open net. Cash saving 45 shots because our defense sucks and allowed 49. TJ continuing to be our only offense. Jillson still sucks. This game had everything.
i didn't think fritsche's goal was going to count. the green light came on before the red did. it was close.
that was an exciting and much needed home win. it's a total bummer they benched dale purinton after he warmed up with the team. i wonder if there's some friction with sacco or something because not playing him doesn't make sense. it was a great game.

This was a game where I was happy for the players more than the team. The team still needs work, but it was great for the players to win in front of that crowd. Cash was taking a beating in goal and managed to save the day during the shoot-out. Everyone was playing a physical game that night. It may have been a mess out there, but it was fun to watch. It was good for the players and the fans to win one at home.
i was skeptical about this game, but in the end we pulled it off (albeit a shootout win). cash made some spectacular saves and fritsches goal was impressive, i didnt think it was going to count either. for most of the game there was nothing to cheer about but when we tied it up, i got fired up. for the whole shootout i was standing and just going ballistic (AND I HATE THE SHOOTOUT) but cash was awesome, i'm suprised he wasnt the #1 star of the night. the only problem i had with the game was everybody leaving in my area before the game was over. i dont leave even if they're getting hammered like that manitoba game, **** i even applaud for the opposing teams stars (when they come out) if they dont come out then i wont when our boys dont win.
