Mark Rycroft is gone. Was a SHOCK to see him sitting right there in front of us wearing #32 for Syracuse. Was a great guy and a good captain. Too bad he's gone but maybe will have better luck with new team and get a chance to make the Jackets, he wasn't going to make the Avs.

Yeah, tell me about it. Rycroft gone and there is nothing mentioned about it. Of course I was at that Syracuse game and when I saw his name in one of their Jersey's I didn't know what to say, and for any of you who are familiar with who I am and how I act at the games, it's rare for me to have nothing to say. Fortunately for me, I had the privilage of meeting him and did look highly on him as a player, person, and the team captian. On a final note I do have to say that appeared to me like he was still doing some mentoring of the Monsters even though he was dressed with the Crunch. Either way, I wish him the best in all that he does.
