I swear it seems like the only girls that go to the games are the ones that were dragged there by their boyfriends... what about those of us who drag our boys to the game? Or just go by ourselves? i think there should be a girls night out at the Q just for us!!!!!

That's good to know... If you ever want to ditch the boys and go to a game, let me know... I go to just about every home game on the weekends and some on the weekdays too but not many... I coach gymnastics and the only time the kids can practice is at night so it really doesn't work out that well

As a guy who absolutely loves hockey, it's good to know that there are girls out there that like hockey. However, I have found that they are few and far between.

I actually went with my family last weekend to the Monsters game for the first time. I absolutely LOVED it. I will def. go back.

We got the tix for free cause my mom works at the Cleveland Clinic. We're hockey fans as a few years ago, cause my nephew plays.

GO MONSTERS!

I think it's funny because my "hockey" group of friends is all girls.

I'm a female hockey fan...but I don't live in the Cleveland area. I'm actually in Nashville. I've been a Wyatt Smith fan since he played here with the Preds. Just wanted to say hello..... Wink

I'm a girl, and I LOVE hockey! I have a hard time finding guys who are as passionate about it as I am!

I'm about as passionate about hockey as you can get. I order the NHL Center Ice package every year so I watch hockey just about every night.

I promise you there are girls out there crazy about Hockey. I've been for about 6 years now. And I DRAG my boyfriend to games for me. My best friend also loves it, but her boyfriend is a hardcore hockey player. So she has more reason to love it. i just do.

Another girl hockey fan here.... always up for a hockey roadtrip (You have to roadtrip more for hockey when you're in NC - made the 8.5 hour drive to Cleveland for opening night this year) Same thing around here, I know more female hockey fans than male.

You surely know more about hockey than I do(although I have come to appreciate it)..but I do see quite a few female fans of the Blue Jackets at the games and around Columbus in general. Some were probably dragged there, sure...but most seem to be really into it. Maybe I'm a bad judge of human behavior. Not sure. Smiler

Another female hockey fan checking in ! Been a puck head for a while, but I can't explain why other than I just love the sport. I never played it myself, just always fascinated watching it !

I'm very happy we got a team back. I supported the Lumberjacks and the Barons but I think this time hockey will succeed in Cleveland because of the powerful support system the team has.

GO MONSTERS !

I liked to go to the Lumberjacks games with my friends back in the days. At the beginning of the season, I had purchased 5 Saturday games to the Monsters and got the home opener for free. Could not go because it was my mother's birthday.

My friends rather watch a different sport. I dont know any people who actually like the game at the lower level to go and watch. If there is anyone out there who would not mind watching the game with a stranger, let me know.

that's awesome.

depending on pricing, i am considering season tix next year as well. however, they really need to reconsider the pricing scheme before i can come close to approaching this purchase.

Ned,
If they offer the current STH big discounts, I will let you know, maybe get in on our plan.
I actually was thinking about getting back into the Benz Club and then just coming out to the club level and sitting during the period and then take the intermissions in the club.

I personally don't know any females who like hockey but it's always nice to see ladies at the games cheering on the team.

Another female hockey fan!

I agree,I do feel like I have to drag my husband to all the games, except for the one this weekend with the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders Smiler

I do admit, it's better to see a game with a group of my girlfriends.
