Saturday's Quick Facts: Lake Erie faces a tough North Division rival for the second night in a row. Hamilton sits eight points (fourth place) ahead of Monsters in the standings. Tonight is also the third straight night of competition for the Monsters, as part of four games in five days.
Several Monsters players have been on a tear of late. Johnny Boychuk has six assists in the last four games; Eric Healey has four points in the last three games; Wyatt Smith has five points in the last three games; Jamie Lundmark has posted five points in the last four games.
Eric Healey is now leading Lake Erie with 30 points on the season (11G, 19A).
Terrible officiating tonight, he gave us a game misconduct for doing jack $#!T!! Your animal (not player, animal) #5 was punching Cote in the head, cote is doing nothing because everyone is piled on him, and #5 just wont give up. Took 2 linesmen AND your goalie at least a minute to pull that moron off of Cote, then #5 gets all pissy, tries to pick up the puck and throw it (which he fell trying to do, quite funny actually) and gets ejected. Then the moron ref gives Cote a game misconduct too (Apparently being mauled by a guy is against the rules). All this started after Lundmark on your team hit our little guy Locke, Locke didn't like it so he delivered a nice elbow to him, in which Lundmark retaliated with a hold, drew a penalty and then went after Locke which started a huge scrum.
Good play in the 3rd and in the shootout by us pushed us past you guys for the win.
Great game other than the shenanigans in the 2nd.
Also, our guy Greg Stewart, delivered a late hit to Boychuk after the whistle, and gets a game misconduct for "Boarding". The hit was 100% clean, but Boychuk wasn't expecting it so he embellished it and got us a game.

DogsFan is the typical Hamilton Bulldogs fan, completely full of himself, only believes his side is right, and thinks whenever a call goes against the team that all the refs are out to get them. Too bad, because there are probably some good Bulldogs fans out there, but I've never seen them.

Crowds do not matter to me at all, we won the cup. Call me when you do that.
Everyone here knows that we aren't getting an NHL team, and we don't want one. If you want to see an NHL game take the hour trip to Toronto or Buffalo, theres no need for 3 teams within an hour away from eachother.
I don't mind your insults, you're just bitter my team kicks your teams ***, EVERY TIME! It's funny you insult me, I'm not full of myself, I KNOW what I saw, JP isn't a fighter, but when your guy goes after our little guy someone is bound to get in between.
My taste in teams is questionable? Well, my team won the cup last year.
